Mr. Saadi is the founder and managing director of L Formation, which assists companies to expand their operations into the KSA and GCC markets. Consultancy
A significant element of Mr. Saadi’s consultancy work is building stronger teams, and his approach is informed by the celebrated bestselling book Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Eriksson. In the book, Eriksson categorizes personalities into four main types, arguing that once we understand this we can tailor our communications and interactions with other individuals, taking into account their category’s traits. Mr. Saadi’s work is also influenced by David Eagleman’s book The Brain, which explores individual perceptions of identity and reality to analyze the importance of social connections and how we make decisions.
Thought leadership is where a leader provides valuable insights based on their experience and expertise in a particular field. Thought leaders may advance traditional modes of thinking and challenge their audience or those they work with. As well as experience and knowledge, thought leaders typically have strong opinions, act in a transparent fashion, are able to think outside the box, and have a strong desire to share their wisdom with others.
